Allegations about Chinese harvesting of
human organs, and the forcible removal of such from people without their
consent, continue. The latest accusation, according to an Epoch Times story,
comes from a former Beijing policeman, who claims there is "an assembly line" of
organ harvesting still going on, and that the Chinese regime is doing this
without the consent of the "donors."
Sun Liyong, who is now active in the Coalition to Investigate the Persecution of
Falun Gong (CIPFG), was a police officer from 1979 to 1987, who then witnessed
the protests at Tiananmen Square and left the force to become a political
activist. He since learned from former colleagues on the force how the
organ-harvesting operations were carried out. The main method for obtaining
these organ "donors," Sun revealed, is through prisoners sentenced to death in
China, whereby the actual date of death "seems to depend on the needs of
transplant operations."
According to him, an execution procedure normally consists of the prisoner
kneeling in a hole dug in the ground and being shot in the head. As the prisoner
collapsed, and the coroner confirmed death, the body was then placed in a large
plastic bag and dumped into a vehicle with a red cross sign on it. As the
vehicle then sped to the hospital, staff would begin removing the organs, with a
waiting recipient prepped at the hospital, ready for transplant. - ST
