A City of Duncan committee is debating action about reported organ harvesting from live people in China. Council addressed findings in Canada's Kilgour-Matas Report Monday. It confirms Chinese Communist Party members are taking organs from emprisoned Falun Gong practitioners, selling the organs to global patients - including Canadians - then cremating bodies to destroy evidence.

"As human beings, even if this report is partially true, we have to recoil in horror," said Councillor Sharon Jackson.
